ARP LONDON will be involved in the lead up to, and completion of, your tenants moving into your property, and once that’s done, we’ll leave the rest to you! From conducting viewings to promoting your property both locally and online, to reference checks, tenancy agreement preparation and a photographic check in, we’re experienced in delivering a smooth and efficient service, to get your new tenants moved in without a hitch.
We take responsibility for ensuring all legal requirements and guidelines are adhered to. It can be a daunting prospect for owners, and so leaving it to those in the know is a helpful tool. Just a few of the formalities include registering your tenants’ deposits with The Deposit Protection Scheme, carrying out checks of your property (including energy performance certificates, gas safety regulations, fire safety regulations and electrical safety rules) and liaising with referencing agencies to ensure your prospective tenants are suitable.
