Landlord Fees

Letting Only 5% (of the contractual rent payable upfront in one lump sum)

ARP London will market the property externally on portals to which we subscribe, internally
to registered applicants, companies and corporate entities with whom we have an established relationship.
Advise on preparation of property for letting including compliance issues.
Accompanied viewings.
Negotiate all offers.
Reference and credit check tenants.
Arrange an inventory and check-in.
Collect and remit initial months’ rent less fees, charges and pre tenancy invoices.
Any outstanding balance must be settled before the tenancy commences
Protect the security deposit with The DPS

Letting and Rent Collection 7%

of the contractual rent payable on a monthly basis
In addition to the let only service we will Collect the rent on a monthly basis and remit to the landlord less fees, any outstanding invoices and or other agreed expenditure
Pursue nonpayment of rent and advise landlord on measures to take in cases of nonpayment or persistent late payment
Make any HMRC deduction and provide tenant with the NRL8 (if relevant)

Full Management 10%

of the contractual rent payable on a monthly or quarterly basis
In addition to all the above ARP London will Notify utility providers and the local authority of the change in tenancy
Conduct four inspections per annum and notify the landlord of the outcome
Arrange, supervise and instruct routine / minor repairs having submitted at least two quotes to the landlord for approval
Negotiate any renewal request
Hold a management set of keys throughout the term of the tenancy
Negotiate the return of the deposit in line with the terms of the tenancy agreement and The DPS guidelines
